DAY 1

After a short safety briefing on board we depart the marina at approximately 10am.
We sail north along the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline, passing Cabo Roig and Torrevieja before heading further out to sea and the Island of Tabarca. Depending on wind strength the trip should take 5-6 hours.

We should arrive at Tabarca around 4pm, where we will drop anchor just off the Island.
A light lunch is served whilst underway.

During the trip you are welcome to get involved in sailing the boat or simply relax and soak up the sun and scenery.

The afternoon and early evening are free to explore the island, swim and snorkel. We are equipped with a dinghy and outboard so can take you ashore and return you to the boat.

Dinner is served on board as the sun sets and you will spend the night at anchor in one of the island's beautiful bays underneath the stars.

DAY 2

You are welcome to enjoy the sunrise as breakfast is served onboard. There will be time to swim, snorkel, return to the island to explore or simply soak up the sun on board.

We will depart at approximately 1pm and expect to arrive back in San Pedro del Pinatar between 6 and 7pm.

All itineraries are subject to the weather by agreement with all parties prior to departure

Tabarca became Spain’s first National Marine Reserve in 1986 and as such is rich in marine life, flora and fauna making it ideal for snorkelling.

The island was a refuge for Barbary pirates up to the end of the 18th century. It has fortifications, a quaint town with shops, restaurants and bars as well as beaches and secluded coves. At 1,800 meters long and 400 meters wide it lies approximately 8 nautical miles (15 km) south-southeast from Alicante and 5 nautical miles (9 km) east-southeast from Santa Pola
